You find a choice of dining opportunities at the Aviara, from luxurious restaurants like Ponto Lago, Ember & Rye, or Water’s Edge, to the lobby bar and terrace, Pacific Point.

The Aviara Market offers freshly made pastries, coffee, sandwiches, and snacks, while the Topgolf Swing Suite combines food, drink, music, and sport.

Each highlights a variety of cuisines to unite people and culture through food, the most memorable of which being Ember & Rye, a steakhouse crafted by celebrity Chef Richard Blais.

Miraval Life

The Balance Spa Aviara has recently reintroduced Miraval Life, which focuses on intention-based services. The spa sports 20 treatment rooms and a couple’s suite, as well as saunas, showers, heated pools, and hot tubs.

Vasudhara (water weightlessness) and bungee fitness are planned additions to an already impressive service menu. Miraval Spa offer singing bowls floating meditations (yes, you’re suspended), warrior’s recovery, rosemary salt scrub exfoliations in soaking tubs, and other offerings you won’t find just anywhere.
