Health and Safety
The ultra-resort has introduced the Acqualina App delivering greater attention to detail while allowing guests to control how they engage with team members. For optimum luxury service, new GEMs (Guests Experience Managers) will be contacting each and every guest to ensure a truly personalized stay and that health and safety concerns are successfully addressed.

Acqualina has enhanced its safety procedures through the use of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved electrostatic disinfectant tools using a combination of detoxification chemicals and electrostatic molecules that effectively sanitize all interior and exterior spaces and surfaces.
A key part of the guest experience is the Acqualina App providing the continuation of personalized care and attention and keeping with the award-winning Acqualina service. An iPad will be available in all guestrooms and suites and you are also encouraged to download the Acqualina App to your own devices. You can control how you engage with our team members limiting face-to-face interactions. Features include customizing your stay with special requests such as extra pillows and selecting times for room cleaning and turndown to ordering pre-arrival amenities and easy-to-book restaurant and spa reservations and room service orders. Online cabana bookings can be made and soon you will be able to order food while at the pools and beach. Acqualina’s Guest Experience Managers, warmly referred to as GEMs, will curate all aspects of the guest’s stay from customizing the private bar, coordinating shopping lists and ordering groceries and booking dining reservations to offering a virtual tour and showing a video of room orientation. GEMs will be contacting guests via email, by phone or even Zoom, whatever they prefer, and will be the main point of contact prior to arrival and throughout the stay to ensure that all needs are met and exceeded.

The spa recently unveiled two new facials and a new body treatment using the Cryotherapy technology thanks to the Italian masterpiece, Pagani Cryo T-Shock, a revolutionary anti-aging device. The new treatments alternate between hot and cold temperatures using the Cryo T-Shock to achieve desired results such as reducing the appearance of cellulite, treating sore muscles, inflammation reduction, and the overall signs of aging.
